Human Footprint Reflection

Human Footprint Video Reflection

The Key word of today "Sustainability" is a main concept of ecological environment which keeps our circumstances balanced. It is an also configuration of our activities in our society, by studying and linking sustainability (studying more on ecology) we can easily tell biodiversity. Biodiversity is like a form of life in a biome or it could be a planet. Sustainability provides goods for organisms living in an ecosystem in the present and the future (hopefully). I basically think that human footprint is the evidences gathered to tell us that how much resource we have utilized in a life time. When we use more than what we needed then there will be chaos. The video was in-fact just a guide to what we wasted or used efficiently in our lives. The theme of the story for me was that, trying to use efficiently will be more useful. In the video for ISB Time we watched called "Teenage Influenza" the protagonist of the video was growling since the iPod only contained a GB. If we had to donate that to poverty then it will be better than rather seeing catastrophe.

Ecological Footprint is a calculation of how much land was appropriated by each person, calculation of how much nutrition, waste management, transportation, water etc. When humans don't appreciate these resources (which might be gone in decades) the earth won't be as it was now. And we are the ones who are responsible for these mistakes. If we make more campaigns to inform others, it will be a solution to pollution however it will take at least 10 or more to inform everyone.

"Your total ecological footprint is 4.58 hectares. If everyone lived the same as you we'd need 2.52 earths!
Thanks for doing this."

I received probably an average score of 4.58 hectares; I answered all these long questions which were incredible to learn. I usually/always follow these steps such as carpool in my country since the school isn't that far and apt are always near the school. If I lived alone in this world I would probably maintain or need to cover 2.52 earths. I learned that the resources we leave here are goods forever.
By looking at the video and the site, I found that humans need more time spending on learning the environment. The majorities of the human population don't seem to mind about the environment as if it was "Every person for it selves." Nevertheless some people in this world are trying to recycle. Recycle can support the planet and be a help to the planet covering at least 20 percent of the junks. If Mr. Scientists in the video "Plastic Into Oil" had created more electronic machines to reduce plastics and create more oil than it would be very nice. The best way to save the planet is to make a habitat for animals. The video mentions a good fragment " Junks = Tresures."
